Arthur was originally drawn as a character in a thing called 'Circus of lost souls', and he entertained families with a flea circus mounted on his behind. He never stood up, just waddled around, cheering up everyone he encountered. As a standalone drawing? mildly entertaining. Slightly less than A4, due to damage.
